Advance the show: confirm riders, set times, travel, ground transport, hotels, credentials and guest lists.
Show dayOn site
Greet artists on arrival, have dressing rooms and hospitality ready, run sound checks and keep to the schedule, solving problems before anyone sees them.
AfterWrap
Smooth departures, wrap notes and budgets closed out, plus relationships that make every artist want to come back.
